Registration and identification
The Vendor identifies Site Users by storing log files on the Site's server. The Vendor is entitled to collect and use information about Users on the basis of and for the purpose of the performance of the contract concluded with the Consumer under general terms and conditions.
The information by which a person can be identified may include personal data as specified in the General Terms and Conditions, as well as any other information that the person voluntarily provides upon registration. Information also includes any other information that the Consumer enters, uses or provides when using services. Only persons over the age of 16 may register on the Site. When registering, the person checks a box declaring that they are 16 years of age or older. The Consumer may register by filling in the relevant electronic registration form, available in real time (on-line) on the Internet on the Vendor's website, to express their consent to the General Terms and Conditions. By clicking on the virtual button with the text "Registration" or other similar text having the force of a written confirmation of the General Terms and Conditions, the Consumer makes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, by which he declares that he is familiar with the General Terms and Conditions, accepts them and undertakes to comply with them. The Vendor may store in log files on its server the Consumer's IP address, as well as any other information necessary to identify him and reproduce his electronic statement of acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in the event of a legal dispute. The text of the General Terms and Conditions is available on the Internet on the Vendor's website in a manner that allows its storage and reproduction. When completing the application for registration, the Consumer is obliged to provide complete and correct data concerning the identity (for natural persons), legal status (for legal entities) and other data required by the Vendor's electronic form, as well as to update them within 7 (seven) days of their change.
The Consumer declares that it agrees to provide the personal data so required, whereby it guarantees that the data it provides in the registration process are true, complete and accurate and will update them promptly in the event of any changes to the latter. In the event of providing false data, the Vendor shall be entitled to terminate or suspend immediately and without notice the provision of the Services, as well as the maintenance of the Consumer's registration. Upon registration, the Consumer shall be provided with a unique username, which may also be the email address provided by the Consumer or user details from social networks or third party identity services, and a password to access the Services available through the Website. The Consumer can manage their user account on the Website. Through their account. The username with which the Consumer registers does not grant the Consumer any rights other than those expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions. The registrant, as a representative of a legal entity, must enter their full name and address, or the name of the legal entity they represent.
